- Produce between 5 to 8 feature stories per-week covering local entertainment scene for weekly Young Reader Publication as well as the main newspaper.
- Wrote stories profiling local residents and the events that effect their lives, both feature oriented and news
- Have interviewed over 150 local and national acts including Linkin Park, Fall Out Boy, T-Pain, Gym Class Heroes, Paramore, Derek Trucks, Jimmy Eat World, Goo Goo Dolls and more.
- Well versed in several multimedia applications including podcast, blogs, video edtingand audio slideshows.
- Finalist - 2008 and 2009 newsroom Gysel Award for the "Best Writer Under 35."
- Winner - 2008 Newsroom RIC Award for Innovation for producing "Radio Madness" March Madness-style tournament that generated more than 250,000 Web hits.
